Club app for cycling clubs
The cycling club app everyone in the club actually uses.
Plan rides, reach members, share routes: clubrides.eu brings the day-to-day of a cycling club into one app for iPhone and the browser. No phone numbers, no ads, with data on servers in the EU.
Why does a cycling club need its own app?
Many clubs are run through one big WhatsApp group, a Doodle link, an email blast and a spreadsheet of routes. Important details get lost between holiday photos and birthday wishes, new members don't know where to look, and every week the guides ask again who is actually riding.
A club app sorts that out: every ride has its own page with meeting point, route and sign-up, and the conversation about it sits exactly where it belongs.
Until now
- “Who's riding on Sunday?” in the WhatsApp group
- A Doodle link for the pace groups
- GPX by email, then copied to the device by hand
- Plus a weather app, a calendar and a spreadsheet
- Club news by mass email
Rides with sign-up and pace groups
A ride takes a minute to set up: date, meeting point, a route from the club collection. Members sign up with one tap, and everyone sees who's coming.
With pace groups every level gets its own ride with its own guide, its own pace and its own sign-up list. Switching groups works any time.
- Sign up with one tap, including in the iOS and Android apps
- Pace groups with their own guide and chat (Pro)
- Reminder before the start with weather and daylight

A messenger just for the club
Every pace group of every ride automatically gets its own chat. On top of that there's a club channel, topic channels and direct messages. Nobody has to hand out their phone number.
Route polls, photos, reactions and push notifications are built in. Individual chats can be muted, so nobody leaves in annoyance.

Routes with map, ratings and Garmin/Wahoo sync
The club's route collection grows with every ride: an uploaded GPX file turns into a map and elevation profile automatically, and Komoot links show a preview of the tour. After the ride, members rate the route, so the next guide finds the good loops faster.
Anyone who connects their Garmin or Wahoo account gets the route on their device automatically after signing up.

Your colours, your club page
Your logo and club colours run through the app, emails and the public club page. For members it's their club's app, not a software vendor's.
Public rides appear on the club page and can be viewed without logging in. Newcomers sign up with a guest account and simply come along. That's how new members find their way into the club.
Ready in a few minutes
Getting started takes no training and no contract. Free stays free forever, and Pro can be tried free for 30 days.
- Create your club, upload your logo
- Send the club code to your members

Frequently asked questions
Before you get going.
Can I also manage members and membership fees with clubrides.eu?
No. clubrides.eu takes care of what happens on the bike: rides, sign-ups, routes and communication. Membership fees, direct debits and governance stay in your existing club administration.
Which clubs is the app for?
For cycling clubs, group rides, sportive groups, triathlon sections and training groups that organise rides together. Road, gravel, MTB and indoor on Zwift all work the same way.
How much does the club app cost?
Free stays free forever, no credit card needed. Pro costs €14.99 per month per club, no matter how many members, can be tried free for 30 days and can be cancelled monthly.
How do we get all members into the app?
Share the club code or invite people by email, and admins approve new requests with one click. Anyone who doesn't want to install an app simply uses clubrides.eu in the browser.
What about data protection?
The data is stored on servers in the EU and backed up every hour. There are no ads and no data sales, and nobody shares their phone number for the messenger.
