Community guidelines

clubrides.eu is an app for cycling clubs. Chat messages, comments, news and listings come from the members themselves. For that to work for everyone, these rules apply — and there is zero tolerance for breaking them.

What has no place here

Anyone who breaks these rules loses access — up to a permanent lock of the account by us.

Insults, bullying and harassment of individuals
Hate and degradation based on origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability
Sexual or otherwise offensive content
Depictions of violence and threats
Spam, fraud and advertising unrelated to the club
Other people's personal data without their consent

Automatic filter

Posts are automatically checked for unambiguously abusive wording when they are submitted, and are not published at all in that case. The filter does not replace reporting — it only catches the obvious cases.

Reporting content

Every profile, listing and news post can be reported — for a message or comment, report the person from their profile. The report goes straight to the clubrides.eu moderation team, deliberately not to the club — its own leadership may be involved. We review every report within 24 hours and remove the content or lock the account if it breaks these rules.

Blocking people

You can block anyone from their profile at any time. After that you no longer see their messages, comments and listings, and direct messages are disabled in both directions. You can undo this at any time under “Blocked people” in the settings.
